Edge Grain Cutting Boards

Edge grain cutting boards are great for hard chopping but are more susceptible to slice marks. Each board is crafted with care out of quality lumber. The standard woods we use are Maple, Ambrosia Maple, Hickory, Walnut, Birch and Oak. Exotic wood boards are available by custom order along with engravings and juice grooves. Once each board goes through a grain raise process to reduce roughness over time, they all sit in a mineral oil bath for a minimum of 4hrs each to lock in the lustrous finish and silky smooth feel.
