End Grain Cutting Boards

End grain cutting boards are better for slicing but not as durable for hard chopping. Each board is crafted with care out of quality lumber. The standard woods we use are Maple, Ambrosia Maple, Hickory, Walnut, Birch and Oak. Exotic wood boards are available by custom order along with engravings and juice grooves. Once each board goes through a grain raise process to reduce roughness over time, they all sit in a mineral oil bath for a minimum of 4 hours each to lock in the lustrous finish and silky smooth feel.
